Return Policy:
The original purchaser has a period of 30 days to return any purchase for a full refund, less shipping, handling and any restocking fees. Merchandise must be in new, sealed, re-saleable condition and returned in the original undamaged packaging. All warranty books, instructions manuals, parts and accessories must be included inside the original box in which the item was shipped. To protect the original factory carton from any shipping damages, please place it inside another carton for return shipping. All returns require an advance "RMA"(Returned Merchandise Authorization Number). Please call our office to receive an RMA number before you send your purchased items back to us. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost. When returning a purchased item, customer is responsible for all freight costs to us as wells as freight back to you (freight collect) in the event of Rejection, regardless of the original freight fees. Full acceptance of merchandise is final only after our inspection. In-stock items require a 20% re-stocking fee and Special Order,Out-of-Stock or Bulky items require a 25% re-stocking fee. Merchandise must be received by Media Widget within 30 days after date of purchase. At our discretion, refunds are issued either by check or credited back to the original account used to charge merchandise, 14 days after approved return. For your protection, most items are shipped with a security seal which once removed, they will not be accepted for return or exchange All warranty issues and defective merchandise must be directed to and handled by the original manufacturer. If requested, we will supply you with any information you may need from us to back up your claims against a manufacturer. Furthermore your input can determine whether we will continue to carry a manufacturers product as when you are unhappy we are unhappy as well. SORRY, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY OPEN BOXES. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CONDITION WILL BE GRANTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Shipping: Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Larger items are shipped by common carrier (trucking company). Most items will be shipped the same business or next business day depending upon the time it was ordered. All shipping charges must be prepaid, no COD. Large items (over 100 lbs or on a pallet) will be shipped by common carrier. A residential delivery surcharge may apply for residential deliveries, such extra charge is the responsibility of the customer and will automaticaly be charged should the customer choose the incorrect shipping method. When common carrier is used, often times the customer is responsible for unloading the items from the truck. In the event a customer refuses shipment after it was shipped from us, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location as well as any restocking fee. In the event a customer requests to pick up the shipment at a local freight company terminal and the customer does not pick up the shipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from the freight terminal, daily storage fees and a restocking fee. You may receive two or three packages to complete a large order. Multiple deliveries do not require any additional shipping charges. |
