The client is kept fully informed of the progress of their project through our proofing process.  We present the project to the client at certain stages, and ask them to approve the work before continuing.  In doing so, the client remains involved throughout the entire process therefore preventing any possible breakdowns in communication.  The client may also call at anytime for updates, questions, or concerns.
